Step 1 of 2: your exercises
Tick what you do. Each one comes set up with how its weight is counted. You can change the list later.
State: search with no match
Nothing in the list matches “zercher”.
State: the name matches one in the list
“incline dumbell press” looks like Incline DB Bench Press, which is in the list.
State: a genuinely new name
Sled Push goes to a review queue. Until then you can log it under this name; your sets keep their place when it is reviewed.
The owner reviews new names for the shared list. They see only the name, how the weight is counted and the sides. Not who added it, and none of your sets.
Step 2 of 2: starting template
We can set up each exercise with 1 warm-up set and 2 working sets. You change the counts here or any time later.
Your first session starts with empty boxes. After you log it, each exercise shows what you did last time, your best set, and a target for next time.
First session: Warm, Set 1, Set 2. Empty boxes, you type the numbers.
First session: Set 1, Set 2, Set 3. Empty boxes, you type the numbers.
State: nothing picked in step 1
You have not picked any exercises yet, so there is nothing to set up. You can add a template later from Today's Workout.
